Trade questions
Can I start with a small trial order?
For stock colours, yes — we can build a trial order around the MOQ of one style. For custom colours or new moulds, a trial usually still has to meet the mould’s minimum run, so we will tell you upfront what makes sense.
Do you sell to competitors in the same market?
We do not sign blanket exclusivity by default, but we will discuss territory protection for partners committing to annual volumes. Existing designs are never copied for another buyer.
Can you hold stock for repeat orders?
For running styles we can plan production in advance and hold finished goods for scheduled call-offs, subject to a stock agreement.
What if the goods arrive with a quality issue?
Send photos and the carton numbers within 15 days of arrival. We investigate against the inspection record; resolution is replacement, credit or discount agreed case by case.
Do you provide private label artwork support?
We can prepare dielines and packaging mock-ups from your logo, and review your artwork for print feasibility before production.
