Before you ask
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on construction and colour count. Stock colours in our EVA lines typically start from 1,000–3,000 pairs per style; custom moulds require a higher first order. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm exactly what is possible.
Can you produce from my sample or drawing?
Yes — that is the core of our OEM service. Send a physical sample by courier, or share a drawing, tech pack or reference photo with target price. We will confirm feasibility, materials and mould cost before quoting.
How long does sampling and production take?
Counter-sample: 7–15 days after brief and material confirmation. Bulk production: 30–45 days after PO and deposit, depending on quantity. New moulds add about 10–15 days.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with balance against copy of B/L, T/T. For long-term partners we can discuss other structures. Sample and mould costs are quoted separately.
Do you handle testing and certification?
Yes. We arrange third-party testing (SGS, Intertek or nominated labs) for REACH, phthalates, azo dyes and other target-market requirements. Buyer-nominated inspection before shipment is welcome.
Can you ship FOB, CIF or DDP?
All three, plus EXW. Main loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai; we also support consolidation with other Yiwu suppliers.
